Job Title: Email Marketing

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Shift: Mid Shift (12:00 PM to 09:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
  • Write compelling subject lines, email copy, and CTAs to boost open rates and click-through rates.
  • Design and implement email templates that are responsive and visually appealing.
  • Segment email lists based on behaviors, demographics, or engagement levels.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions).
  • Ensure compliance with email regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Monitor deliverability and maintain healthy sender scores.
  • Collaborate with the strategy and creative teams to align email marketing efforts with overall digital marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in email marketing.
