**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of potential leads.
- **Follow-ups with Enquiries and Non-Respondents**:

- Proactively follow up with enquiries and leads who have not responded to initial outreach.
- Develop and implement follow-up strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- **Take Responsibility for Converting Leads into Customers**:

- Engage with leads to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transition and conversion of leads into customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and follow-ups.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
