As a dynamic and motivated Salesperson with a background in Civil Engineering, your role will involve visiting construction sites, interacting with site owners or contractors, and generating leads by educating them on the benefits of hiring a professional site supervisor. **Key Responsibilities:** - Visit active and upcoming construction sites regularly to identify and approach potential clients. - Explain the importance and advantages of professional site supervision in managing construction quality, timelines, and cost control. - Build trust and rapport with site owners, contractors, and decision-makers. - Generate high-quality leads and follow up to convert them into customers. - Report daily visit logs, leads generated, and feedback from the field. - Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in construction or real estate. - B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and travel frequently to construction sites. - Basic understanding of construction processes and project management. In this role, you are required to have previous experience in B2B or field sales in the construction sector, local market knowledge, and existing contacts in the construction ecosystem are preferred attributes. The work location for this position is in Agra, Mathura, Etawah. The salary range offered is 3.5 LPA to 6 LPA plus incentives. The job type can be Full-time, Part-time, or Permanent, with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, flexible schedule, internet reimbursement, and paid sick time. The compensation package includes a performance bonus, and the schedule is during the day shift.,
