Job Responsibility:
- Handle the recruitment process, employment contracts, on-boarding and off-boarding process
- Manage work passes application, renewal and cancellation
- Monthly payroll & CPF processing
- Yearly Employees' tax submission to IRAS
- Update & maintain Leave Record
- Check and prepare staff claim
- Liaise with Government agencies on relevant funding, applications and claims
- Preferable with HR experience and Labour Law knowledge
- Any other appropriate duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Min Diploma holders in Human Resources or related discipline
- At least 3 years of HR experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Xero software knowledge will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of MOM regulations and other statutory boards regulations
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment and meet deadlines
- Able to write & fluent in English
- Willing to Travel Overseas
- Job Location: Singapore

Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
