Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations

  • Oversee daily operations during the shift, including opening and closing duties.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, counter, and service staff.
  • Monitor food preparation, presentation, and quality in accordance with Theobroma standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across all areas.

2. Team Management

  • Supervise, motivate, and guide team members during the shift.
  • Assign tasks and monitor staff performance to ensure efficiency.
  • Assist in staff training and development to enhance customer service and product knowledge.

3. Guest Service

  • Ensure every Guest receives prompt and courteous service.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Promote upselling and ensure a pleasant dining/takeaway experience.

4. Cash & Inventory Management

  • Handle billing, cash reconciliation, and end-of-day reporting.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Store Manager for replenishment.
  • Minimize wastage and ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished goods.

5. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and FSSAI standards.
  • Prepare daily shift reports and communicate key issues to management.
