JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handling End-to-End Accounting of payables and receivables along with reporting and controlling. Responsible for Invoice booking, Accruals, monthly schedules, Payment review and Bank Reco, etc.
  • Ensures timely closure of Month end Activities and Monthly Book closure.
  • Handle Quarterly & Year End Statutory Audits.
  • Uses Accounting software to record transactions & Ensures compliance with applicable GAAP.
  • Leading the strengthening of Internal Controls & Process
  • Automation for the areas responsible.
  • Assists Financial controller from time to time.
  • Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing is must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent critical thinking skills

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Masters in Account and finance - 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in SAP

OTHER DETAILS:

  • Office Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai (Working for International Subsidiary)
  • Working hours: 2pm-11pm (Hybrid Model- WFH+WFO)

Kindly note that since this is for an International Subsidiary, it will be on a third party payroll basis.
