We Are looking for Sales Head- Solar Module Mounting Structural Products .

Identify new business opportunities in domestic and Intrenational markets ( Export opportunities ) Develop and execute sales strategy for Solar Module Mounting Structure Products.

Shall plan and execute strategy to built and manage strong relationship with Corporates, EPC contractors, Solar Developers , Distributors and OEMs.Represent the company at industry forums, exhibition and Trade Fairs. Shall have positive approach towards adoption of new /modern training modules which can significantly help in image building of the company as well ass the staff associated in the whole sales activity.

Work closely with the plant head and production team to align sales with capacity and delivery schedules. .Shall Lead contract negotiations Tender participation and rate finalization.

Shall ascertain appropriate measures to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets Shall Track and ascertain competitor activity, market trends and customer needs to adjust strategies so as to ensure the customer delight. Strong negotiation skill protecting the interests of the company and at the same moment ensuring the customer delight .
