Role & responsibilities

We are currently looking for Plant Head- Solar MMS Roll Forming . Manage day to day plant operations including production, maintenance , quality and dispatch.Shall possess all desired quality of excellent team leader including positive attitudeOversee Manpower planning, training and performance management.Establish, Maintain and sustain strict quality standards for solar MMS structures as per project / client requirement.Appropriate roadmap for achievement of monthly production targets with optimum utilization of available resources including Manpower, Material , Money and Method.Timely Implementation of best and innovative practices including adoption and synchronization of time to time updates in our system .Well versed and updated with relevant statutory obligations Including Safety , Environmental and related compliances as applicable in this case.. Shall ensure cost efficiency , yield improvement and minimal downtime during all phases of production and sales .Ensure co-ordination with the sales head to align supply with market demand.

Strong Expertise in production planning, maintenance and quality systems viz. ISO , QMS, TQM etc. Versed with working on SAP . Versed with Engineering and Commercials related to the assignment.
