Role Description

This is full time role located in Maharashtra, India. As a 
Senior Technical Recruiter
, you'll own end-to-end hiring for 
full-time and contract technical roles
 across U.S. startups and high-growth tech firms.

You'll also 
build and mentor a recruitment team in India
, and champion the use of 
AI tools and automation
 to accelerate hiring efficiency and candidate quality.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands both 
the human and AI sides of recruiting
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the 
    full recruitment lifecycle
     — from intake calls to offer closure for U.S. startup and enterprise roles.
  • Source, engage, and close top 
    Cloud, AI, Data, DevOps, and Software Engineering
     talent.
  • Handle both 
    permanent (FTE)
     and 
    contract/temp
     hiring pipelines.
  • Leverage AI recruiting tools
     to automate sourcing, outreach, screening, and candidate tracking.
  • Build, train, and lead a 
    high-performing recruitment team
     in India.
  • Partner with clients to understand technical and cultural requirements.
  • Maintain 
    candidate pipelines, dashboards, and analytics
     using ATS/CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with leadership on improving 
    automation, workflows, and reporting
    .
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in 
    GenAI-based recruiting, sourcing automation, and candidate intelligence.

AI and Recruiting tools expertise

Candidates should be hands-on with modern recruiting and AI tools, such as:

  • ATS/CRM:
     Zoho Recruit, HubSpot, Recruit CRM, Bullhorn, or Manatal
  • Sourcing & Search:
     LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Naukri, AngelList, Dice, Indeed, Apollo,
  • AI Recruiting Tools:
     hireEZ, Loxo, Humanly, Fetcher, hireGPT, or ChatGPT-based sourcing scripts
  • Automation & Productivity:
     Zapier, Notion, Airtable, ChatGPT, Sheets AI integrations, PhantomBuster, Lemlist
  • Analytics:
     Google Sheets, Notion dashboards, or Supabase for data tracking

Requirements

  • 5–12 years
     of technical recruiting experience, including 
    3+ years hiring for U.S. clients/startups.
  • Proven track record in 
    contract and full-time hiring
     for tech roles.
  • Experience building or leading small recruitment teams.
  • Deep understanding of 
    U.S. tech market
    , time zones, and hiring expectations.
  • Familiar with 
    AI-driven recruiting workflows and tools
    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a 
    remote, high-performance environment
    .
  • Bonus: Prior experience hiring in 
    Cloud, AI/ML, or Data Engineering
     domains.
