Role & responsibilities
- Supervision of generation & authorization of all customer documentation such as agreements, invoices, money receipts. possession documents etc
- Day to day management of back office operations
- Maintenance of updated customer files, record keeping and maintaining a file retrieval system
- Effective closure of customer queries/complaints
- Effective coordination with sales team for smooth operations
- Generating & monitoring post Sales MIS
- Responsible for quarterly update of Sales related data as required under RERA
- Document and maintain SOPs for Back office operations
Preferred candidate profile
Overall responsibility for the smooth functioning of customer services which includes generating of error free documentation, organized record keeping and file retrieval system, effective customer communication and coordination with sales team.
