**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented **General Manager - Sales** to lead and manage the overall sales operations of Ayay Ventures. This role requires a strategic thinker and an inspiring leader who can develop sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and lead high-performing sales teams in a competitive real estate environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Leadership & Strategy**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and market share objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and revenue streams across residential and commercial real estate.
- **Team Management**:

- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to consistently meet and exceed performance goals.
- Drive a high-performance culture through training, goal setting, and regular performance evaluations.
- **Client Relations & Deal Closure**:

- Build strong relationships with high-value clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Oversee negotiation and closure of key property deals, ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.
- **Market Analysis & Reporting**:

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, KPIs, and business reports to the senior management team.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:

- Work closely with the marketing, CRM, legal, and finance teams to ensure alignment in sales initiatives.
- Oversee integration of digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, sales dashboards) to improve process efficiency.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership/GM role.
- Proven track record of leading successful sales teams and achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate markets, legal compliance, and property documentation.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and sales performance tools.
