Role
- The role holder will be responsible managing the sales team for Felix doctor segment to plan, review and achieve the growth of the business in line with business plans.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead the sales team for doctor segment achieving the aggressive growth trajectory for the segment.
Plan and design the sales process for effective sales management.
Hire, train and monitor the team resources Sales Managers, ASMs, Sales Executives etc
Generate and review sales reports to monitor the team performance.
Interact with Product Marketing team to optimize the Felix Hospital products, services and Lab team.
Plan and manage sales events, CMEs, campaigns, and product launches.
Support Sales Head in scaling up operations as and when required by business and sales.
Provide inputs on Product, Pricing and positioning.
Minimum Qualifications
MBA / Post graduate qualification in Sales & Marketing
Experience
15+ years of experience in sales function in NCR with Pharma/ Diagnostics segment.
Technical Skills
Thorough understanding of sales processes, incentive management and tools.
Knowledge of compliance issues related to sales of services.
Ability to liaise with various stakeholders and BU for effective delivery of services.
Strong commercial inclination to manage tie-ups,vendors.
Behavioral Skills
Good problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution ability
Extremely strong networking skills
Strong Relationship Management skills

**Salary**: Up to ₹250,000.00 per month
