**Job Summary**
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to meet company objectives.
- Train, and manage a high-performing team of real estate sales professionals.
- Achieving sales targets, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and create innovative sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with the team to generate referrals and leads from assigned priority channel partners and other sources.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Manage and optimize sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Reporting: Provide timely updates in the system and submit weekly progress reports to the management team.
**Required Skills**:
- Experienced in real estate sales, including commercial spaces, IT parks, and retail shops.
- Excellent communication, management, and negotiation abilities.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Demonstrated success in business development, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively.
- Foster and maintain relationships with agencies and clients.
- Must have a network of channel partners in Greater Noida/NCR and the ability to sustain strong trade relations through the team.

- Strong strategic planning skills, capable of developing both long-term and short-term sales strategies.
- Proficient in market analysis, with the ability to interpret complex data to guide decision-making.
- Effective negotiation skills, with a track record of securing favorable contracts and deals.

- High levels of passion, determination, and ownership.
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
