L2 Technical Support ASCO

Job Description:

Key responsibilities :

• Delivering technical support to field team on various LV & MV ASCO products, Homaya inverters.
• On-site intervention for commissioning, complex technical issues & critical spare parts replacement in ATS.
• OTC/AMC Execution support, Modernization support on ATS to Local Service teams in the country.
• Issue analysis and to lead technical discussions with customers on resolution and root cause analysis.
• Competency management of direct and partner engineers for LV & MV ATS.
• Work with Manufacturing, domain expert technical teams, Engineering, R&D and global teams on technical subjects.
• Product lifecycle management, Spare parts management & Forecast for LV & MV ATS Products
• Make sure that safety guidelines and execution discipline is adhered to.
• Build and share best practices with the global ecosystem. Adhere to Safety standards and KPIs
• Connect and coordination for Homaya inverter issues with R&D team - Bangalore.
• Travel & conduct regular trainings on ASCO products for Partners Engineers & L1 engineer and work with regional team in developing the competency on existing and new products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electricals
• Minimum 5 years of hands on experience on LV & MV domain.
• Field Experience on LV & MV products.
• Knowledge of Electricals (Breaker, Contactors, Relays etc)
• Quick understanding of drawings schematics.
• Knowledge on Industrial communication (Modbus, serial.. etc)
