Team Leadership & Performance Management

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: MBA in Sales/Marketing).
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in telesales, with at least 12 years in a team leader role.
  • Prior experience in health and/or life insurance telesales is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, CRM systems, and dialer tools.
  • Sound knowledge of insurance products, customer needs, and market trends.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working in insurance aggregators (e.g., Policybazaar, Coverfox) or major insurance providers.
  • IRDAI-certified (Life and Health license preferred).
  • Exposure to digital insurance sales platforms and fintech environments.
