Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Engineer Production (Damper) to support our manufacturing operations. The role involves assisting in daily production, ensuring product quality, maintaining documentation, and coordinating across departments to achieve production targets. Candidates with experience in mechanical or HVAC damper manufacturing are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily production activities including assembly, fabrication, and inspection of industrial dampers.
  • Support machine setup and calibration for cutting, welding, and forming operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for timely material availability.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with ISO and client standards.
  • Maintain production logs, work orders, and audit-ready documentation.
  • Coordinate with engineering and design teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to safety norms and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing setup (preferably HVAC or damper production).
  • Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication, welding, and pneumatic systems.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP software and MS Office tools.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
