About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Civil Engineer to join a reputed construction company engaged in residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, on-site supervision skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day project activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage on-site construction activities to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Prepare, review, and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, labour teams, and project managers.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to safety guidelines at the project site.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
  • Manage material requirements, stock levels, and usage at the site.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory norms.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of project tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (required).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant site experience in construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project documentation.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage labour and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Must be a Raipur local candidate.
