Position Overview:

We are seeking a QA Specialist with a strong understanding of AI tools and their application in quality assurance processes. This role involves adapting, testing, and integrating AI-driven solutions to improve our QA workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance testing coverage and efficiency across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and adopt AI tools to streamline QA processes across web and eCommerce platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
  • Design and execute automated and manual test cases to ensure product quality.
  • Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other QA engineers to identify and resolve bugs and inconsistencies.
  • Use AI-based testing tools (like Testim, Appitools, Percy, or similar) to enhance automation coverage.
  • Analyse test results, document defects, and suggest improvements in processes.
  • Stay updated on the latest AI trends in QA and recommend new tools or methods for adoption.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation related to QA processes, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or similar) is a must.
  • Exposure to AI-based QA platforms or tools.
  • Strong understanding of website QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and how they can be integrated into software testing.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and QA's role within them.
  • Experience working in agile/scrum environments.
