Position OverviewThe Anodizing Manager is responsible for overseeing the anodizing department, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high-quality standards & Optimize anodizing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Main ResponsibilitiesMotivate, coordinate and lead a team of Supervisors, Leaders and Operators, driving them as a concerted strategy to achieve Corporate Targets and Milestones.Monitors and measures Anodizing & Electroless Polishing Process to ensure quality and satisfy requirements of customers.Establishes Anodizing & Electroless Polishing for new products based on customer requirements.Train employees in Anodizing & Electroless Polishing processes

Recommends and/or runs continuous improvement projects.Assists and/or develops PFMEA's, Control Plans and Work Instructions.Assists and/or leads problem solving teams.Job Requirements & QualificationAble to station in Batam - IndonesiaExperience in Anodizing and Electroless Polishing Process minimum 5 years in Manager level

Knowledge of Anodizing and Electroless Polishing Equipment.
