About the Role

Wellcaza Village, a residential facility under Wellcaza Group, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Cook to prepare daily meals for a small group of residents (below 5 inmates). The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Kerala and Indian cuisine, maintain hygiene standards, and be willing to stay on-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner for residents as per planned menus.
  • Cook a variety of Kerala and Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
  • Plan meals based on nutrition and resident preferences.
  • Manage kitchen supplies, groceries, and inventory.
  • Ensure timely meal service and courteous interaction with residents.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Cook or Chef (institutional or home-style preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Kerala and Indian dishes.
  • Basic literacy and ability to maintain daily kitchen logs.
  • Must be willing to stay at Wellcaza Village (accommodation provided).
  • Honest, reliable, and able to maintain a disciplined kitchen environment.
