Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Diet Cook to prepare nutritious, well-balanced meals tailored to patients' dietary needs in a hospital environment. The ideal candidate must have experience in preparing diet-specific meals and ensuring food safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare diet-specific meals based on nutritionist/doctor instructions
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals
• Monitor ingredients and maintain kitchen cleanliness
• Follow hospital dietary guidelines and portion standards

Requirements

• Experience as a diet cook, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility
• Knowledge of diet-based and therapeutic meal preparation
• Ability to follow nutrition charts and menu plans
• Strong hygiene and sanitation practices
• Ability to work in fast-paced kitchen environment
