A Senior Sales Executive for Aluminium Composite Panels should have experience in B2B/B2C sales, a strong understanding of the EXTERIOR products, and the ability to manage customer relationships, conduct site visits, and present products effectively to dealer, architects, builders, and contractors. Key responsibilities include generating leads through cold calling and networking, cultivating relationships with key industry players, managing sales cycles from initial contact to closing, and meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Generate new leads and business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research within the building materials and facade segments.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and dealers to foster trust and ensure continued business.
- Sales Process: Manage the entire sales process, from initial client engagement and needs assessment to product presentation, site visits, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Technical Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the benefits of Aluminium Composite Panels (ACPs) and architectural glazing systems to potential clients.
- Target Achievement: Develop strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales and collection targets within a defined territory.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct competitor research on pricing and market trends to identify customer preferences and opportunities.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery, efficient order processing, and effective post-sales support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in channel & project selling within the building materials sector, including ACPs, facades, or architectural product only
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Product Knowledge:Strong understanding of Aluminium Composite Panels and their applications in commercial and residential construction.
