The role involves engaging with interested leads, understanding their travel preferences, presenting relevant tour options from our fixed group departures, and ensuring smooth coordination from initial inquiry to confirmed booking. This role does not involve designing or selling custom itineraries. This is a target-driven sales role suited for individuals who are confident, persuasive, and capable of managing a high volume of customer interactions efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management Sales and Conversion Payment Collection and Coordination Post-Sales Relationship Management Cross-Functional CoordinationCandidate Profile Required Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage). Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills. Organized and detail-oriented approach with CRM familiarity. Basic understanding of travel products, destinations, and visa processes.Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in travel, hospitality, or customer engagement roles.Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:Up to ₹4.8 LPA Incentives & Commissions:Up to ₹10 LPA (performance-based) Additional Perks:Bonus opportunities based on defined sales criteriaWhy Join ElderGo?
