This role demands strong lead generation, proposal drafting, and negotiation skills to foster relationships with potential clients and sponsors, ensuring the success of our events. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads for booth sales and event sponsorships through research, networking, and outreach. Create compelling proposals tailored to prospective clients and sponsors, emphasizing the value of partnering with our events. Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with clients and sponsors to effectively close deals. Manage end-to-end sales processes for reports and sponsorship packages. Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, sponsors, and stakeholders. Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of booth setups and sponsor deliverables. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of our event initiatives. Skills and Qualifications: Proven expertise in lead generation, proposal drafting, and negotiation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
