This role is critical in securing strategic partnerships that enhance event visibility, deliver value to sponsors, and support the mission of our organization. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a proven track record in B2B sales, relationship management, and closing high-value sponsorships. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial success and strategic reach of our events through targeted outreach, persuasive proposal development, and effective negotiation.Responsibilities:Identify and generate high-quality leads for booth sales and event sponsorships through targeted research, networking, and proactive outreach.Develop customized, compelling proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition for potential sponsors and partners.Lead negotiations on terms, pricing, and deliverables to close deals and ensure mutual success.Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial contact to contract finalization and post-deal follow-up.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with sponsors, clients, and key stakeholders.Collaborate closely with the events team to ensure seamless execution of sponsor deliverables and booth setups.Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of event initiatives.RequirementsRequirements:2-7 years of proven experience in B2B sales, event management, exhibition sales, or sponsorship sales.Demonstrated expertise in lead generation, proposal writing, and negotiation in a sales-driven environment.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating professional proposals, reports, and presentations.Based in Delhi with flexibility to travel locally and regionally for events and client meetings.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in the HR, employment, or government-related events sector is a plus.
