About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager - SAP FICO to drive finance module implementations, process enhancements, and cross-functional integrations within SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public Edition).

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in core FICO processes, deep functional knowledge, and experience managing end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities
SAP FICO Functional Expertise :

  • Strong hands-on experience in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Cost & Profit Centre Accounting (CPA).
  • Lead and support minimum 2 end-to-end implementations in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Configure, test, and support FICO functionalities in alignment with business requirements.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide post go-live support to ensure smooth adoption.

Integration & Process Management

  • Work on FI integration with MM, SD, PP, and PM modules, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
  • Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications (WRICEF).
  • Ensure solution design meets business needs while maintaining SAP best practices.

Testing, Documentation & Support

  • Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, and conduct unit/integration testing.
  • Provide ongoing support for issue resolution, enhancements, and system improvements.
  • Partner with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in SAP FICO, with strong implementation and support exposure.
  • Minimum 2 end-to-end S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementations is a must.
  • SAP Certification in S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition (Financial Accounting) preferred.
  • Proficiency in business requirement gathering, functional specification writing (WRICEF), and integration touchpoints.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in conducting user training and providing post go-live support.
