Who You Are

  • You live and breathe marketing and operations, from crafting campaigns that make people stop scrolling to building systems that actually work.
  • You can work beyond the comfortable 9 to 5. This isn't a job, it's a mission.
  • You love building things from zero, experimenting, breaking stuff, fixing it, and doing it all over again.
  • You have a mix of strategy and hustle, someone who can think big and execute small.
  • You're not waiting for funding, a salary, or a perfect setup. You're here for the vision.

What You'll Do

  • Lead growth, storytelling, and community operations for Soul Snap.
  • Work directly on go-to-market, partnerships, and offline experience building.
  • Help shape the brand voice, launch campaigns, and build our first 1000 community members.
  • Be a part of everything, from brainstorming retreat ideas to figuring out how to make people actually show up.
