Role Overview:

As an 
Operations Associate
, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth movement of stock across all channels — from our production partners to retail shelves, B2B partners, events, and quick commerce platforms. You'll be the link between our internal team, co-packers, logistics partners, and sales channels to make sure everything runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

 
Inventory & Stock Management:

  • Conduct daily and weekly stock checks across warehouses and channels.
  • Maintain updated stock reports and ensure accuracy in numbers at all times.
  • Reconcile stock across co-packers, 3PL, and channel warehouses.

 
Order Fulfilment & Movement:

  • Coordinate movement of stock for 
    Quick Commerce, Retail, B2B, HoReCa, and Events
    .
  • Ensure timely dispatches and deliveries as per partner requirements.
  • Track shipments and resolve any issues or delays proactively.

 
Account Onboarding & Operations Support:

  • Handle onboarding documentation and operational setup for new partner accounts.
  • Coordinate with finance and sales for invoicing, GRN, and payment tracking.

 
Vendor & Partner Coordination:

  • Build relationships with vendors, distributors, and logistics partners.
  • Maintain a regular flow of stock to all channels with minimum downtime.

 
Reporting & Analysis:

  • Maintain and share periodic stock, sales, and movement reports with the core team.
  • Highlight trends, potential shortages, or process improvement areas.

 
Process Improvement:

  • Help streamline supply chain and distribution processes as we scale.
  • Take ownership of operational excellence across the business.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Proactive, dependable, and hands-on.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Freshers welcome.
  • Comfortable in 
    English, Hindi, and Telugu
     (preferred).
  • Own transport is a plus, not mandatory.
