Back Office Assistant

Our is a female run organization and we need FEMALE candidate for our Back Office Job at Kankurgachi, Kolkata Candidate should be a resident of proper Kolkata only and outstation candidate need not to apply.
Candidate need to download tenders from different Govt websites, get the price from our different suppliers over email/phone and then upload the same online for which necessary training will be provided for 3 months and will be paid for the same as per training package. Candidate having knowledge of GEM website will be preferred and will be absorbed immediately as per full pay package.
Candidate should be minimum Graduate and should have proper knowledge of MS Word and Excel and be able to Read, Write and Understand English properly. Commerce Graduate will be preferred.
Working Hour is from 9.00am to 6pm on weekdays with Sunday and other Central Govt holidays. It is fully in-house job with No Sales Target. Occasionally candidate may have to travel in Kolkata for work related assignment and those willing to travel in India will be preferred.
Salary : Rs.10000/- to Rs.12000/- during 3 month training period, thereafter Rs.15,000/- per month.
