About the Role:

The role is that of a Manager – Consulting Sales. The role within the sales process is to fully understand a prospect's business problem and construct a solution around that problem leveraging CREATING VALUES advisory capabilities.

Overall responsibilities/ Job Description:
  • Generate Leads and interact with prospective customers through executive meetings, discovery conversations, solution demonstrations, executive presentations and follow-up discussions.
  • Experience engaging with senior leaders (CxO level) on various solutions and business problems. Able to listen and analyze a client's requirements and present to a compelling business value message of a solution.
  • Respond to the functional and business requirements and capabilities sections of RFI/RFPs.
  • Collect and communicate competitive intelligence from the field.
  • Be a Go-To Person on competitive information for Products, Process,Industry and Verticals.
  • Exchange best practices and share knowledge within Delivery teams.
Reporting to:

Associate Director

Ideal Candidate:
  • Must have experience of Selling IT Tools or HR Technology Products/consulting services
  • Must have a good connect with CIOs or CHROs
  • 4-8 years' of Sales experience in similar Consulting industry or Product selling
  • Willing to travel.
  • Highly energetic with a go getter approach.
