Role Overview
Prithu Homes is seeking an ambitious and dynamic Sales Manager/Technical Consultant to join our Sales & Business Development function. This role requires a professional with sharp decision-making skills, high intellectual capacity, and relevant exposure to turnkey and residential construction projects. The incumbent will work in the sales team, drive business growth, and work closely with the Leadership team to align sales excellence with organizational vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the sales & business development team to achieve revenue and market targets.
- Conceptualize, design, and drive consultative sales strategies for turnkey residential construction projects.
- Oversee client acquisition, sales conversion, contract negotiations, and long-term relationships.
- Define and monitor KPIs, reporting insights and business progress to the leadership team
- Track industry trends and competitor strategies to refine the companys market presence.
- Represent Prithu at industry events, forums, and client engagements to build brand positioning.
- Foster a high-energy, performance-driven culture in the sales function.
Requirements
- B.tech/B.Arch or MBA or equivalent degree from a top B-School.
- Under 30 years of age
- 5 - 8 years of experience in Sales & Business Development (real estate, residential construction, or turnkey project experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of residential construction processes, HNI customer behavior, and sales cycle.
- High IQ with proven ability to make smart, data-driven, and timely decisions.
- Track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets for large-scale or residential construction projects.
