The Team: Consumer Insights

Consumer Insights vertical is within the larger Marketing team of Moneyview. The team works on getting a deeper understanding of the consumer across various dimensions. This is done through various Consumer Research projects such as large-scale quantitative surveys, focus group discussions, depth interviews, and observational studies. The understanding gained through such studies is then used to help the Product, Marketing and Design teams in the development and execution of the various product/ website changes and marketing initiatives.

Position Overview: Intern Consumer Insights

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Intern to support our Consumer Insights team. You'll engage directly with consumers, help gather insights, and assist in analysis and reporting. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in market research.

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to consumers via phone or online to conduct interviews and surveys.
  • Engage consumers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Assist the team in analyzing collected data and preparing reports.
  • Create and update presentations and Excel sheets to summarize insights.
  • Support project execution and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or final-year students are welcome.
  • Usage/ Knowledge of AI tools
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional Indian languages is a plus).
  • Analytical mindset and curiosity about consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Interest in learning about market research and consumer insights.
