Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients for the company's travel services.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling travel packages, hotels, and other related services to increase revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing) to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the travel industry or corporate sales.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales principles, including SME sales and field sales techniques.
- Proven track record of successful new client acquisition and retention in a fast-paced environment.
