Role:

The individual will be responsible for customer billing, documentation and sending details to customers as per their requirement. He should be go-getter and should be able resolve issues with cross functional departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Issue bills, submit documents and statements periodically to the customers as per their requirements.
  • Track month over month revenue and its corresponding expenditure to ensure accuracy in billing.
  • Pass entries in accounting software (Tally) and prepare periodic reconciliation statement.
  • Strengthen billing process and automation of manual tasks through system.
  • Timely resolution of customer queries w.r.t. billing.
  • Prepare and circulate Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
  • Assist in monthly closing activities.
  • Work on ad-hoc requirements w.r.t. MIS, Audits, Assessments, Software implementation etc.

Knowledge, Abilities, Skills & Competencies:

  • Have Accounting and Taxation knowledge.
  • Proficient in Tally and MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of Month/Year end procedures.
  • Ability to handle audit queries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
