Job Title: RMG – Associate Manager
Location: Hyderabad

In this role, you will:
Optimize resource utilization by allocating resources to projects based on priority, skill sets, and availability. Manage resource availability and proactively address potential resource shortages to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Develop and maintain a strong team of skilled and motivated individuals by providing training and development opportunities, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting teamwork. Provide accurate and timely reporting to senior management on resource utilization, availability, and project progress, including identifying potential risks and issues and developing strategies to mitigate them. Ensure alignment with organizational goals by understanding the organization's strategic priorities and ensuring that resource management strategies support those priorities. Continuously improve resource management strategies by seeking out feedback and ideas from team members and senior management and incorporating them into strategies. Foster a culture of Ethical Behavior and Integrity, Customer centricity, Thought Leadership & Innovation, Trust & Teamwork, and AccountabilityTo excel in this role, you should have:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business management. Proven experience in resource management in the IT industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.About us:
