We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to join our team in Goregaon. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience handling administrative tasks, vendor management, and project coordination. This role requires strong planning abilities and proficiency in Excel to ensure smooth daily operations and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities efficiently.
  • Coordinate and manage vendor relationships and contracts.
  • Support project management activities including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.
  • Handle line-ups and scheduling to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Maintain and update reports using Excel and other tools.
  • Assist in budgeting and expense tracking related to admin functions.
  • Collaborate with different teams to streamline office operations.
  • Prepare documentation and presentations as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Skills Required:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred).
  • Strong vendor management experience.
  • Sound project management and planning capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage schedules and line-ups efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

Candidate Profile:

  • Any graduate with 3-6 years of relevant experience.
