Role Description
- Greet and attend to all walk-in clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Conduct consultations and actively promote membership packages.
- Convert leads and walk-ins into successful sales with a strong follow-up process.
- Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and center reports.
- Collect client feedback and encourage reviews, and build a sense of community among members.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage and update the CRM or client database regularly.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service and customer relationship building skills
- Proficient in Receptionist Duties
- Ability to maintain professional Phone and email Etiquette
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Knowledge of fitness and wellness industry is beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales/customer-facing role (fitness industry experience preferred).
- Well-organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Energetic with a results-driven mindset.
