Role Description

We are hiring a growth-driven Corporate Account Manager to focus on onboarding corporate clients within the wholesale sector and maintaining long-term, profitable relationships. This role involves identifying wholesale prospects, converting them into corporate clients, and continuously strengthening ties for sustained business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard corporate clients from wholesale backgrounds.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and large retail partners.
  • Present product catalogs, explain fabric and design details, and pitch offerings tailored to wholesale needs.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams (production, logistics, dispatch) for timely order fulfillment.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and gather feedback to improve wholesale sales strategy.
  • Track sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and close deals to meet assigned revenue targets.
  • Identify market trends, competitor pricing, seasonal demands, and wholesale purchase behaviors.
  • Resolve client issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare sales reports, client analytics, and performance updates.
