We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to manage the day-to-day HR operations. This role will support business functions through effective HR partnership and lead end-to-end recruitment activities. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across all HR functions in a fast-paced, growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Business Partnering (HRBP):
- Partner with business leaders to understand people-related priorities and drive HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.
- Work closely with department heads to address employee relations issues and provide effective HR solutions.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR policies, procedures, and grievance handling.
- Support leadership in driving company culture and employee retention strategies.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer management for all roles.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines using job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Coordinate and manage onboarding, induction, and orientation for new hires.
- Work with department heads to forecast hiring needs and plan resource allocation.
3. HR Operations:
- Manage HR documentation, including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
- Oversee attendance, leave, and payroll coordination in collaboration with the finance team.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
- Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics on key HR metrics.
- Support policy implementation, audits, and process improvements.
4. Employee Engagement & Welfare:
- Plan and execute employee engagement and recognition programs.
- Conduct periodic surveys and feedback sessions to enhance the employee experience.
- Organize internal events and HR communication initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in Recruitment.
- Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Platforms: Proficiency in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Dice, Indeed, and other relevant job portals and HRMS tools.
- ATS Knowledge: Hands-on experience in using ATS platforms for recruitment workflow and reporting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret recruitment data and provide actionable insights.
