Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable individual with strong expertise in the Banking/NBFC sector to manage our (L&D) function. Coordinates of the role are given below. This is for a new age start-up.
Key Responsibilities
A. Training Coordination, Design & Delivery
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs tailored to business needs within
- the NBFC domain.
- Facilitate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions using proven
- training models.
- Develop and maintain training content, manuals, and job aids aligned with
- business requirements.
B. Training Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate end-to-end training activities including scheduling, invitations, logistics, attendance tracking, and feedback collection.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure timely execution of programs.
- Maintain training calendar and ensure SME alignment for training delivery
- Prepare training MIS, reports, and dashboards using Excel (Awareness on Pivot, Dashboarding, Vlookups, etc...)
C. Training Effectiveness & Engagement
- Measure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Conduct refresher programs and capability-building workshops.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and financial concepts to keep training modules relevant.
Required Skills & Competencies
- 5–7 years of experience in Training & Development within the Banking or NBFC industry (NBFC Preferred).
- Strong knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (dashboards, data analysis, reports).
- Exposure to training models for evaluation, mode and Design
- Strong coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to track and report training impact.
Preferred Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDM in HR or related field).
- Tier 2 B-School graduates will be preferred.
- Certifications in Training/Instructional Design will be an added advantage
