Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Sales and Marketing Executive. The role involves conducting market research to identify opportunities, creating strategic market plans, and generating new business leads. The executive will engage in sales activities, manage client accounts, and develop promotional and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth. Excellent communication with clients and collaboration with internal teams will be key aspects of the daily work. The role also requires frequent reporting of sales metrics and business development insights to assist in strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Excellent Communication skills for client engagement and teamwork.
  • Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights effectively.
  • Prior experience in the environmental solutions industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
