Finance Manager

Ø Apply Only Male candidate Age above 30.
Ø Manage end-to-end accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Banking, and Payroll.
Ø Ensure timely and accurate finalization of accounts on a monthly and yearly basis.
Ø Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and treasury operations.
Ø Handle banking operations, including account reconciliation, fund management, and coordinating with bankers.
Ø Review and monitor day-to-day accounting entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Ø Prepare and present MIS reports, financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to management.
Ø Conduct profitability analysis, cost control measures, and financial planning to support business growth.
Ø Liaise with internal and statutory auditors for smooth completion of audits.
Ø Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, HR, and Procurement) to ensure proper financial integration.
Ø Lead, guide, and mentor a team of 08 accountants and finance executives.
Ø Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
