Role Description
This is a contract-based on-site roles for an Administrative Assistant & Executive located in Kochi. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, managing correspondence, ensuring effective communication, scheduling appointments, and performing clerical tasks. The role also involves assisting executives with their daily tasks and supporting overall organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend incoming calls and handle client communication
- Respond to emails and assist with client queries
- Coordinate with internal teams and support administrative activities
- Communicate effectively with Australian clients
- Prepare and manage documents using MS Word and MS Excel
- Maintain records and support daily office operations
Qualifications
- Any Degree (B.Com preferable)
- 2–3 years of relevant administrative experience
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Ability to handle client communication professionally
- Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
