Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Information Technology Infrastructure Engineer preferred located in Ahmedabad. The role includes managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers, network administration, cloud services, and virtualization environments. The engineer will be tasked with troubleshooting complex issues, ensuring network security, and providing technical support to ensure optimal performance and security of the IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
  • Experience in Information Technology and Network Administration
  • Proficiency in Network Security principles and practices
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux administration
  • Experience with virtualization and firewall
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
  • Networking fundamentals & troubleshooting
  • Passion to learn and adapt to new technologies
