Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Information Technology Supervisor to join our dynamic team at TGB BANQUETS AND HOTELS LTD in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position, ideal for professionals with 4 to 6 years of experience in IT supervision. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in a range of IT domains and demonstrate skills necessary for effective management, support, and ongoing technological enhancements within our hotel environment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in the ITIL Framework to ensure effective IT service management and delivery within our organization.
  • Experience with Project Management Software for planning, executing, and closing IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of Cloud Services Management to oversee the integration and optimization of cloud-based solutions.
  • Expertise in Cybersecurity Protocols to safeguard our digital infrastructure from emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Competence in Network Infrastructure management to maintain seamless operations across hotel premises.
  • Experience in Data Privacy Compliance to ensure protection of guest and employee data in accordance with relevant regulations.
  • Proficient in Troubleshooting and Support to effectively resolve technical issues and minimize downtime.
  • Adept in Vendor Management to handle relationships and negotiate contracts with technology service providers.

  • Supervise daily operations of the IT department, ensuring efficient functioning and prompt resolution of technology-related issues.
  • Implement and maintain IT policies, systems, and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Manage the integration and maintenance of hardware and software systems across hotel facilities.
  • Coordinate and oversee IT projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure the integrity, security, and efficient operation of the organization's IT infrastructure.
  • Train and mentor IT staff, promoting skill development and adherence to company standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to assess and resolve technology requirements and challenges.
