Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. **Calendar Management:**
- Efficiently manage the CMO's schedule, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel
arrangements.
- Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts, ensuring the CMO's time is optimized.
2. **Communication:**
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CMO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft and edit emails, memos, reports, and other documents on behalf of the CMO.
3. **Meeting Coordination:**
- Schedule, prepare agendas, and coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings.
- Take and distribute meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
4. **Information Management:**
- Organize and maintain files, records, and other relevant documents.
- Conduct research and compile information as needed for the CMO's projects and initiatives.
5. **Travel Arrangements:**
- Arrange domestic and international travel for the CMO, including flights, accommodations, and
transportation.
6. **Expense Management:**
- Process and track expense reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

7. **Project Support:**

- Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing projects and campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather information and support cross-functional
initiatives.
8. **Confidentiality:**
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
9. **Prioritization:**
- Help the CMO prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
10. **Ad-Hoc Support:**
- Provide additional support and assistance on special projects as needed.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with marketing terminology and concepts is a plus.
