About the Job

This is a combined customer support + sales role for an international process.

You will interact with global customers, understand their queries, guide them with accurate information, and offer the right product/service recommendations.

When required, you'll also upsell, cross-sell, and close sales.

No fieldwork.

A proper office job with complete training provided.

Eligibility

• Graduates only
• Candidates with 1+ year experience
• Must be willing to relocate to Jaipur
• Comfortable working in international shifts

We are looking for people who speak confidently and can handle conversations with patience and clarity.

Salary

• Experienced (1+ year): ₹40,000 - ₹44,000 per month
• 2+ years experience: Up to ₹46,000
• Monthly incentives based on performance
• Additional allowances depending on the process
