We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the Nagpur region. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture and a deep understanding of the local market, including the unique challenges and opportunities faced by farmers in this area.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Nagpur territory to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives. This includes identifying new markets, analyzing market trends, and monitoring competitor activities.
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Set clear sales targets, track performance metrics, and provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure the team's success.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with farmers, distributors, and other key stakeholders. Understand their needs and provide them with tailored product and service solutions.
- Business Development: Actively seek out new business opportunities by identifying and developing relationships with potential clients and partners in the region.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis. Use data and insights to optimize sales performance and inform business decisions.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services, as well as general agricultural practices and the needs of local farmers.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹5, ₹15,730.93 per month
