Responsibilities of Sales & Marketing Manager

Sales:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify potential clients, pitch digital marketing services, and convert leads into long-term customers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the team to create customized proposals and pricing models.

Marketing:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote our services.
  • Oversee digital campaigns (SEO, social media, email marketing, paid ads) to generate leads.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to refine marketing plans.
  • Build the company's brand presence through creative campaigns and client success stories.
  • Manage events, webinars, or promotional activities to increase visibility.

Team & Strategy:

  • Coordinate with content, design, and technical teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports for management.
  • Suggest innovative growth strategies to enhance business reach.
  • Train and guide the sales team for better client communication and conversions.
