Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Manager - Franchise Sales for AvniPie Training cum Coworking Spaces. Based in Jaipur, the role involves a blend of on-site and remote work. The Area Manager will drive franchise sales, lead training initiatives, coach and motivate franchise teams, and oversee business development within their assigned territory. The responsibilities also include conducting sales training, implementing strategic goals, and ensuring franchisees meet performance standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Training, Training & Development, and General Training areas
  • Strong Communication and Coaching skills to effectively mentor and support teams
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing franchise operations
  • Strong leadership abilities with effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage and inspire diverse teams in both in-person and remote settings
  • Experience in franchise sales or training roles is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
